The deadlift is an excellent compound exercise that targets the quads,
hamstrings, gluteal muscles, lower back, traps, and forearms. However, if
not done properly, serious injury such as a herniated disc can occur.^[1]
Follow these steps for the proper way to deadlift.

to it according to your strength and fitness level.
