** Google Chrome won't open at all **

-Issue-

Some antivirus and firewall applications can prevent Google Chrome from
opening on the computer.

-Solution-

Test whether antivirus or firewall applications on your computer are
causing the problem by turning them off temporarily. Then try opening
Google Chrome again. If you're able to open the browser, you'll need to
create an exception in your antivirus or firewall settings for Google
Chrome. Once you've done so, you can then re-enable the applications.

Conflicting applications that users have reported include the following:

· Spyware Doctor
· Comodo Firewall
· McAfee Enterprise

Still having problems? Let us know in the help forum.

Help us prevent crashes by permitting Google Chrome to automatically send
usage statistics and crash reports back to Google.
