Default --------------------I know I should have asked this on my
last post, but, does audio come through the s-video cable or do I have to
run a seperate cable just for sound? To my recelection sound comes through
when you plug in a camcorder.

current pieces of technology in your possession. Do you have multiple video
cables? How old is your TV? Is it old enough that purchasing a new cable
won't really make a difference? Does your component (e.g., your DVD player
or receiver) even have an S-video input? These are all things you should
know before you start researching S-video cables.

· For example, S-video cables are generally used for achieving
standard-definition--in most cases, 480i. If your TV is rated for 1080p,
you're much better off using an HDMI cable than an S-video cable.^[1]
